We could MAYBE jam at my place but it would be crammed and we coudln't play later than 8 on weekdays and 10 on weekends. would my drums be good to be left there? or would that be a problem? and if that IS ok, would they be safe?

Haha yeah they would be BUT I might be buying a used drumset that you could use and it should be decent.
