Actually it is not identity fraud. There was no criminal action or intent. No money or property stolen. No character defamed. No property damaged. No illegal act whatsoever. Even using your picture was okay. As soon as you release your picture in a public forum (loganscene, myspace, facebook, etc) you forfeit the right to claim it as private. I'm not the one who made the fake account, but whoever did so did it as a joke. Now, someone managed to access your bank account and withdraw your money using your signature - that would be fraud. Just clearing things up.

Also Jonez, one could argue it falls under parody laws that piggy backs on the first amendment since MellowMarie is a "public figure" (on here) and Chris was just parodying her. Besides the fact that nothing is copyrighted which would fall under that anyways. Also In your train of logic MM, If fraud was committed for using your little screen name you're committing fraud for having that since your name is not Mellow Marie. But I encourage you to pursue the legalities further...it would be hilarious. |

I want nothing to do with this site. I do not want an account on here. People keep making account with my name.
The only reason why I even checked this last night is someone asked me why i was back on logan scene.
It is fraud, when you claim to be me, use my picture, and yes my screen name. Money dose not have to be involved. Simply reputation works for fraud. My middle name is marie as well.
Please just leave me out of this site and who ever else made an account with my name louloumarie stop being a fucking lifeless dipshit little boy who thinks he is funny and go annoy someone else.
