Ok, so, I go out of my way to talk to you at your hot topic gig, and suddenly no one talks to you. Guess I'm no one. Sorry. Thought you were interested in the alt country thing. I'm pretty sure I said no one talked to me back then...Back then being five,six, seven years ago. I appreciated you and your husband coming and I'd love to jam sometime but I do live in a different state and work a demanding job...makes things a bit difficult. |

I took part in some of this stuff! Like the Scooters bit, and seeing Available for Purchase.
Also, I don't think anyone mentioned Swill or Erratic Erotica.
And I remember when there used to be flurries, FURIOUS FLURRIES, of ska shows. Now it doesn't seem like so much anymore.
And that place on like... 200 W and... 1000 N or something? God, I can't remember where it was. West side of town. Some small conference center or something. I remember when there were shows there! Has that been mentioned yet?
And let's not forget the one or two "blowout shows" or whatever that were at Stevens Henegar years ago.
Aaand... most of the stuff I'm talking about is kind of old--because I haven't been here the last couple of years.
Finally: Remember when Loganscene was cool? No, you don't.

i remember that one drunk guy doing standup at one of the shows there. and sammy, you pissed off that one kid that lives next door to it. that was pretty funny.
