we all agree that it's a lame tattoo -- I just hope that Oprah has sentimental meaning to them or at least they were really drunk and got a good story out of it, or learned a life lesson.
But if you are ever drunk and want to get a tattoo be sure you get it some place that it won't be a daily reminder of your drunken night out.
