people can come, stand in the back, and watch all the bands without paying ( a few people did at our release show). I paid for it. And I was one of the first people there. But actually for a bit I did sit in the back. So... yeah, I just wanted to let you know that I did pay for your show. |

's okay. we're all trendy little fucks to some extent. if you've bought anything in the past 15 years, you're trendy. if you own cds, mp3s, even clothes, you're "trendy". but who cares? its sort of inescapable at this point. people are going to label you all they want, but I think its more important to know yourself than to fight what they're saying about you. anyway, that is my peaceful hippie message for the day. woo! Dan a jackass? a little bit. but thats dan. its just the way he acts. somewhere, deep deep DEEP inside theres a nice kid. i hope. We really do need to respect our few venues. I was thinking about this earlier, and I miss the theater! it was an amazing venue and we had some killer shows there. if we start being good little kids now and being nice to the venues and owners, maybe someday soon we will come across another shmexy one. and then we'll be able to keep it! hooray! |

To be honest, unless we got promised $150+ bucks next time, I wouldn't play there again. Not a cool place. Too many distractions, too high a price for entrance, and people can come, stand in the back, and watch all the bands without paying ( a few people did at our release show). I'm not saying that vandalizing the place is good, or even calling the chick names. It's just a shitty venue. i agree completely. |
