whats going on with the metal world? all there is now is grindcore. whats with that? where is the good stuff. iron maiden, judas priest metal. and if you say they arnt metal then you know nothing about metal. nothing against grindcore, im just wondrering if there would ever be any different kinds of metal

mastodon is bad fucking ass. what about as i lay dying? that's not grindcore. there's planty of metal out there. just different phases of it, music genres change over time.

The cost of hairspray went way up in 1989 (forien oil). Hair bands could no longer afford to tour and pretty soon they all fell off the map.
Although ther has been an 80's metal reveval in bands like dragon force
