Girls/anyone with experience with girls:
When you're dating a girl seriously for a number of months, and you and her get into a disagreement, and her argument is completely fallacious/illogical, and yet they act pouty and/or pissy with you and try to make you feel guilty for their fault... What's a kinder, more tactful way of telling her she's acting like a B*ITCH?
I'm being dead serious. She needs to know that she act's like a baby sometimes.

Either she knows she's wrong and she hopes it will blow over or she knows she's right and you're being a jack ass.
It doesn't matter either way. Either you apologize for being a dick (you don't have apologize for what you said, just for how you handled it) or let it go and hope it doesn't come up again. That's the only way you'll ever get some from anyone other than a man.

She knows she's wrong, but doesn't want it to blow over. She wants to act pouty and give me the silent treatment, so that even though I'm wrong, I'll come back and be all apologetic and sweet to her. Screw that.

You just have to remember that all relationships aren't perfect and you won't see eye to eye on everything. I don't think telling her that she's acting like a baby will solve much. The opposite will feel attacked and probably be even more pissed than when everything started. I'd just agree to disagree, if it isn't some huge life altering idea.

Slugger is right. Give a little and she will too. No one wants to told that they are wrong. But if you were to apologize for something (wether it was your fault or not doesn't matter) usually she be able to admit some fault in the situation and apologize too.
If you really like this girl then throw away your pride and say the words "I was wrong, I'm sorry." It doesn't matter if it's true or logical. It will make her happy and she will want to make you happy in return.

Yeah, that's the thing... In every disagreement we'll have, I'll take an honest look at my point of view/actions, and extract any faults and point them out. I'll apologize for them and tell her I could have done things better. However, she rarely apologizes for anything. Just frustrating I guess.

It's really hard to get apologies out of some people sometimes. Maybe she doesn't really know how to apologize, or know where to throw one in. A lot of times you have to humble yourself first, then they will see what needs to happen and they'll apologize. I completely agree with Jon on the manning up and taking the heat. Just do that, then forget about everything, especially if it's something small. It will clear the tension big time.

On the other hand. I have several friends who are complete assholes. I know it. They know it. But it's cool because I know what to expect from them.
If her good qualities outweigh her childish behavior then maybe just accept it and focus on the good things.
