I can knock down the 3 ball pretty well but I can't jump over a pencil. I also haven't played in a couple of years so I'm probably rustier than a nun's honey pot. If I had to venture a guess, I would bet everyone is pretty bad. This is going to be the worst excuse for a basketball tournament ever! I'm so excited!!!
Oh, and screw racquetball.

I think we should have this be a weekly thing throughout the summer. We can schedule out all the games. In order for us to do something like this, we'll probably need around 5 or 6 teams. That's about 25 people. I think if we get bands into this, we can easily make it.

It would be really cool if we could do band vs. band but it really wouldn't work. A band like Bleary with 3 members against a band like the Crooked Beats with 6(?) members just isn't fair. Also I don't think the dudes from my band would be down to play so I would be a one man team!

Chris already said that he's interested, and I'm sure I could talk ZP into it. Tony smokes about a pack a day, so I don't know if he'd be down. He's also pretty devoted to Frisbee Golf. Canon might not have time. He's always got a million things to do. But he might say yes and never show up or at least not on time. A schedule seems a little formal though... I like the idea of just having pick up games. Either way would be fun though. Maybe you can put it to a vote. |
