Sam: goddamn thats a sexy picture Oh thank you thank you. First off, I would like to thank the academy. Second, I would like to thank those who tried their hardest to understand what I am doing here, but haven't....YET. Third off, I don't care. Fourth off, I like doing this. You could say I get off on it. Fif' off, (Jordan). Sixth off, Sam don't worry about the tool thing. In fact, don't worry about anything I've said. It's not that big of a deal. You're looking way too much into it. Seventh, Sean....ha! Oh and I'm not a piece of shit. I just took a healthy shit. It kinda looked like you. I had to wipe some of it off my ass though. It kinda stunk, don't feel bad.

okay, in response to... Billy: what is the point in voting someone in in utah? you have no voice here, and if sam already answered this, i am sorry, i didnt want to read all that.... Jordan: Being politically aware and actually voting to change something could happen in Utah. It's the kids like you, Sammy, and or Clint (not bashing). Do I honestly have to use the example of Martin Luther King again? A minority standing up against a majority (WHO HAVE HAND IN MAKING POLICIES)! WOOOOO, exactly what you guys are talking about. "We live in Utah, and that means we can't do shit. You know, like vote with people like Billy against issues that could affect us both". Jordan, me and you see eye to eye on a lot of issue (I know this because we are "friends" with limitations) and that’s why I know if some people with your attitude, the ones that think politics is too hard and that it doesn't allow your voice to be heard, we could change a lot of shit that’s happening to us right now. You know, I've realized I may never be heard, but that doesn't stop me from trying. Halting the injustices (or trying) in the Country we live in is a part of democracy. Just because the scale is adjusted it on Republican doesn't mean it will never shift back to Democratic or any party of your choice. I don't ever want to lose the rights I deserve and I'm sure you don't. At least you have a chance to voice your opinion (THOUGH YOU MAY NOT THINK SO) unlike the Communist regimes that ruled in China and Russia. Last but not least, stop being so impulsive when you’re read stuff on the internet. Slugger or Ben as I know him didn't deserve the shit you said to him. Clean your fucking act up. Sammy: I don't even know where to begin with you. You may have seen me as a "ROLE-MODEL" in earlier days, but it really doesn't matter know. You're arguments have no historical value, no statistics, or even any value. Haven't you ever heard when you going to create an argument have ethos, logos, and pathos? Here is some shit for you to grasp while you wither in your little dark world of decay: WHY PEOPLE DON'T VOTE: What they say:-----------What they mean: Don’t like the choices----Don’t know the candidates/issues My vote won’t count---- Don’t feel own opinion matters Takes too much time----Don’t know how to vote It’s inconvenient---------Intimidated by the process <http://www.easyvoter.org/about/research.html> Low-voter turnout CAUSES incumbents to stay in their positions (or gives people such as Orrin Hatch safe seats). These people, these incumbents then continue to press their bill or policy upon Congress. And if the current government has a majority in both the House and the Senate the bill (could be something you don't like) passes with no regards, due to party alignment. Now, I could go on and give you a million reasons why deciding that your voice is meaningless is stupid but that just doesn't get registered through your thick skull. The Founding Fathers would be turning in there graves to see how our youth suddenly lost their voice and I am utterly sickened by you. By no means label me a redneck waving an American flag, as I stated above, I like the rights I have and I'm DEADSET on keeping them. It's JUST sad to see some Americans take the rights they have for granted. I am just passionate and fortunate to live in a country that isn’t torn by CIVIL STRIFE. Though our order at times may be questionable we generally live more orderly than any country in the world. Flaws yes, but democracy was and will never be perfect. As the quote reads: Rome wasn't built in a day. Dan: Do us all a favor and distance yourself from the keyboard. Adrian: The Bummer remix is a sorrowful song. Do you by chance have a link to that version?

"You're arguments have no historical value, no statistics, or even any value."
I would like to point out that I used lots of historical refrences compared to your large number of 01.
Don't call me out on things you don't do yourself, you dont have a single statistic or historical value, and when you say that my argument doesnt have any value, that is your Ignorant opinion.
To make the general statement "your arguments have no value" is complete ignorance and is a closeminded observation.
Here is my perspective: One vote is nothing. If one person (your idealized one vote) voted a policy and 200 million others vote the opposite view, will it matter? FUCK NO, thus one vote is nothing. A group of individual votes is only something when it becomes a group and all of the minority votes, but not everyone votes, and everyone voting will NEVER occur. The more "democrat" perspective will never be seen if Jordan and I go and vote. Only if EVERY democrat that doesn't think their view will be seen did go and vote, a difference would be a possibility, but that will never happen because democrats in UT won't all vote because many may be pessimistic about it like Jordan and myself at times. The only way a difference will be made that satisfies myself and is the way I beleive things ought to be is if the minority becomes the majority, or if a large portion of the minority votes and they out number a small majority voting, which in NO WAY would represent Democracy anyways, the government of the people because the majority wouldn't be represented, they would have been just out voted by the minority.
Because our views are not of the majority, we would not be democratic to have our views prevail in UT. The only way we would be democratic is to convince the majority to agree with our perspective because only then would it be a government of the people or the majority.
When I argue I wish to share my perspective, but I do not believe it is the only perspective. There is never only one way and you should get that past your nose when you tell me that my arguments have no value.
One who is openminded doesn't react in a way demeaning to others, and if one does, it they did not react in an openminded manner.
Sorry I don't share your perspective on Democracy. You cant really argue this because its all opinion, so when we argue neither of us are winning because it is just a different point of view, and they both have value to it. To deny that is Ignorance.
This is the most ignorant thing I've ever seen: WHY PEOPLE DON'T VOTE: What they say:-----------What they mean: Don’t like the choices----Don’t know the candidates/issues My vote won’t count---- Don’t feel own opinion matters Takes too much time----Don’t know how to vote It’s inconvenient---------Intimidated by the process
Who is this person that told people what they are thinking when they say things? They should open their fucking eyes because there is no way in fuck they could determine each individuals motives when they say things.
For example if I said "my vote won't count" Its not because I dont feel that my opinion matters. Of course I feel my opinion matters, I am very important to myself (for I am I), and I agree with my own opinion. If I said my vote won't count, its because I am of the minority in perspective, and democracy is logically in favor of the majority.
And Billy you are the last person to bitch at Jordan for saying some thing that Ben didn't deserve. You AlWAYS say tons of shit that peopel don't deserve to hear, and Ben has done lots of shit to me on this site that I didn't derserve. Oh yeah I forgot, since he's your friend he doesn't deserve it. God you can be ignorant sometimes. The sad thing is you won't ever admit it, revealing ignorance at its purest. When I'm wrong I can admit it, like I did with the whole sean deleting my comments episode. I said "touche" which is surrender. I admit I am not always openminded, but I am ALWAYS doing my absolute best to be Openminded.

Sam the only way that everyone is going to vote is if everyone makes that one vote. If you don't step up and make the vote even if it looks like it will do nothing, everyone will not be voting. If people think like you are now, nothing will prevail. If you want your opinion heard you have to step up and do something, not sit around and say that it won't do anything. It's true that one vote doesn't count in politics, but for you to say that you tried is more than saying that you won in some cases.

Sammy: I'm an asshole and I'll continue to be one.

okay, i am going to leave with my last reply , because i seem to just get loads of shit whenever i post on this site(not saying i dont deserve it) Billy, i understand where you are coming from, and i totally agree with you on some of your key isuues, i just believe i have no voice because i 1. cannot vote. 2. see no reason to vote in a presidential election because the electoral vote would rule my voice out no matter what(my arguements have credibility because most of the state is LDS, which in the most part is a conservative group) if i voted in a non conservative matter. 3.when i come of age to vote, in utah my voice will still be ruled out by the conservative majority. 4. most democrats or left wing related persons are too lazy to vote
Ben, i have read alot of the shit you say to people, and i find most of it the equivalent of a pure asshole, but i dont know you, and from what i read it sounded like you were just trying to impress people or something
sorry if i have offended anybody at all, but these are my views, and thats all
