Ok, I'm not even a big fan at all but they have a pretty cool ad campaign going on right now. On one of their shirt there are some letters that are highlighted which spelled out: I am trying to believe. So sure enough there is a website for it. www.iamtryingtobelieve.com . On top of that they left some USB drives in the bathrooms at some of their shows containing songs from the new album and one track of just static. When they analyzed the static though a spectrogram, it reveals the phone number 1-216-333-1810. If you call that number you get a disturbing message from a "government" program called wiretap. Then you can visit www.uswiretap.com which is a dead end until you type in the case number from the beginning of the call after the forward slash. That will take you to an interview. All very clever and thought out and great way to promote an album

Oh and try to email the parepin guy from the www.imtryingtobelieve.com site, you'll get a funny response. His email is at the bottom of the last screen.

I don't really get it...I mean, I do...but it just seems kinda lame to promote this way. Leave for Trent to do this.
P.S. We're on a first name basis.
