The problem is that D-Will is the ONLY player on the Jazz that is any good at all. Everyone else is mediocre at best and of our starters only D-Will and Boozer would be starting for any other team in the league. Now, I love me some Utah Jazz, but I am not under the delusion that they are an elite NBA team/title contender like most the state is.

Now, I love me some Utah Jazz, but I am not under the delusion that they are an elite NBA team/title contender like most the state is. Whatever! We have a few really awesome players. Just 'cause Memo hasn't achieved full blown star status, doesn't mean any other team in the league wouldn't want him. Anyway, we're home tonight and we're gonna toss their cookies. p.s. i doubt many utahns are as "delusional" as you think. they're just not all pessimists.

Nothing pessimistic at all, just truth.
-Memo can score on the 3-ball but is as soft as a kleenex and plays no defense.
-Ronnie Brewer couldn't throw a basketball into a swimming pool if he was farther than 2 feet away.
-C.J. Miles has all the athleticism in the world but has no discipline and makes horrible desicions with the ball.
-Kyle Korver has all but lost his jump shot. How does our sharp-shooter average only 9.5 points per game throughout the season?
-To say that AK is a shell of his former self is giving him way too much credit. He doesn't even care anymore.
-Paul Millsap is a beast. He's far and away my fav Jazz player (next to D-Will). He's just a little too short and has bad knees.
-Brevin Knight has no energy and that rubs off on the rest of the team when he's on the floor.
-Matt Harpring is tough as nails defensively but he's older than dirt and his offensive game is limited to running off a low screen and popping a quick release 15-footer from the foul line.
-Carlos Boozer is even softer AND plays worse defense than Memo. And he can't make a layup to save his life.
-DWill is the shit. The only beef I have with him is he doesn't take care of the ball as well as he should and he spends a lot of time complaining to the refs. There have been occasions where he's busy barking at the officials and loses his guy on defense.
-Ronnie Price has a ton of energy and a huge upside. I don't know why Sloan won't play him more. I forsee him getting traded either this offseason or the next and becoming a star just like Mo Williams.
-Collins and Fes are both worthless.
-Mo Almond and Koufos never even dress for games so they don't really matter. Though I think Koufos could be decent given more in-game chances to develop.
That is my run-down of the current Jazz squad. As I said, I love the Jazz but don't see them actually doing anything other than losing in the first round of the playoffs until they blow-up the team and build it up around Deron Williams.
Call it pessimism if you want. I call it the truth.

I call that an opinion. If you want the truth check the stats. For example, Brewer's career average for field goals is at 53% and he shoots 72% on freethrows. This suggests to me that he would be 100% from 50 ft shooting into a pool.

I call that an opinion. If you want the truth check the stats. Psh. Stats are meaningless. Watch the games! Obviously Brewer has a high FG% because he dunks it at least 4 times each game. Just watch when Brewer gets the ball in the mid-range and the baseline is guarded. Kobe has been literally stepping away from him in those situations because he knows if Ronnie B. shoots it from there it will be a BRICK. Oh, and 72% from the charity stripe is nothing to be proud of. R. Brewer ranks 126th in the league for ft shooting. He's sandwiched right between Andrew Bynum (125) and Paul Millsap (127). Two big men. Not very impressive for a SHOOTING guard.

I didn't say it was something to be proud of. Through my example of shooting into a swimming pool, I was trying to point out the fact that, while you bill yourself as being subjective, you simply aren't.
And you're actually quite an ass about it.
You make good points but you leave no room for argument on a matter that could never be more than opinion.
So spare me the bull shit act of subjectivity, back off the pejoratives, and maybe we can have a conversation, huh?
