i paid a 320 dollar court fee in dollar bills. and a few fives. i made her count it.

So a cop asks if he can check you... and if he asks that it's only for weapons? Or what? So he asks if he can check you for weapons, he starts patting you down, he feels a pipe, and if he asks if he can see it you just say "No, It's not a weapon, you have no right to search it"?

The only flaw that has, is he could then say that he suspects it is a weapon, therefore you have to show it. You telling him that it's not a weapon isn't necessarily gonna mean he's gonna believe you, regardless of if it is a weapon or not. Now if he asks you something like "is that a pipe, it feels like a pipe?" that may be a different story.

Cops always have to second guess you....it's their job, civilians are just as big of liars as we think cops are.

a cop can check your person. even if you say "nah, no pipe." you can't even tell them not to, all that actually does is give them probable cause and then you're fucked for sure
